Our Correspondents may sell on a Flow basis and/or on a Bulk basis, Bulk commitments require security delivery agreements and instruments that we prepare to facilitate delivery commitments. We allow our Correspondents to conduct retail, wholesale and mini- correspondent TPO (third party originator) business.
