1- Speak with a Representative
- You will need to speak to a representative to apply. The Representative will assess your current needs pertaining to credit facility needs and usage. The Representative will email your company an application and marketing information materials regarding company benefits and requirements.
2 - Apply for a Credit Facility
Your company will then submit the application along with any forms and documents needed to receive an approval (generally taking between 3-4 business days), depending on the completeness of the application will determine the final outcome and time
frame.
3 - Fulfillment of Agreement
Once approved the applicant will execute a Credit Facility Agreement and fulfill the agreed upon obligations of the Credit Facility Agreement. Once fulfillment has taken place the applicant will be given a Client ID number and scheduled for Training.
4 - Training and Access
A Training Program is structured and scheduled for the Client. During the training duration, the following will be covered in order to utilize the lending system with ease. Practical lending training and Electronic access to Entry Systems, Lock Systems, Pricing Engine, Underwriting Interface, Closing and Funding Systems will be administered in order to proficiently utilize systems.
