Lock pricing request is confirmed with a return receipt within 2 hours of receipt. You should also receive a Lock Confirmation with details of the lock within 24 hours. If you have not received your lock receipt within 2 hours of submission contact your Account Manager or Technical Services. All Locks are final for programs submitted. Best Efforts locks may be extended at an additional cost, Mandatory and AOT/Coupon locks may not be changed without management approval.
