As a Correspondent Lender, can I earn
SRP (Service Release Premiums) on
the loans I fund?
SRP may be earned on all funded files as a Correspondent Lender.
May I, as a Correspondent Lender,
have the ability to fund TPO loans?
As a Correspondent Lender, you have the ability to open up a
wholesale channel to accept the TPO loans from brokers.
Am I protected for confidentiality?
As a Correspondent Lender, confidentiality and a protected market
territory are guaranteed.
